Writing services are refundable only before work has begun. Writing research add-ons are non-refundable.

Publishing services and related add-ons are refundable only before the publishing process begins.

If inaccuracies occur due to our error, we will offer correction, republishing, or a refund where appropriate.

If, for any reason, we are unable to publish your article across the publications included in your selected package, you will be eligible for a full refund.

In some cases, we may offer to revise or redo the order. However, you will always have the option to request a full refund instead.

Refunds During the Writing Process

If you request cancellation while your article is being written, the following applies:

Any publishing package fees and publishing-related add-ons will be refunded in full.

Writing packages and writing-related add-ons are non-refundable once work has begun. This is because writing resources are allocated immediately after your order is placed, and work may already be in progress.

By requesting a refund during this stage, you acknowledge that writing-related costs are non-refundable, while publishing-related costs remain eligible for reimbursement.

Refunds During the Publishing Process

Refund requests made after the publishing process has begun will not be accepted.

Once an article is submitted for publication, it enters external distribution systems that cannot be paused or reversed. For this reason, publishing costs cannot be recovered.

Before approving your article for publication, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully, including:

ensuring the content meets your expectations;

confirming business details are correct;

checking spelling and grammar;

verifying that links and keywords are accurate;

confirming that any images or media are included as intended.

Refunds After Publication

If the final published content differs significantly from the version you submitted or approved, you may request a free removal and republishing of the article.

Please note that differences in formatting, layout, or media placement are controlled by individual publications and are not grounds for a refund.

If your article is not published across the minimum number of outlets included in your package, you will be eligible for a full refund under our Money-Back Guarantee.

All other refund requests after publication will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Refund Processing Times

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 24 hours of submission.

If approved:

Credit card and bank refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your provider.

PayPal refunds are processed immediately. If paid using a PayPal balance, funds are usually available instantly. If paid via card or bank through PayPal, processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to send refunds to alternative accounts.
